Pricing Terms and Conditions

The customer accepts all of Kiwi Smile Alignment's terms and conditions upon accessing Kiwi Smile's Website, Making a purchase or contacting Kiwi Smile directly or via third party.

The Customer and Kiwi Smile Alignment Limited ("Kiwi Smile") agree that all contracts between parties, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to any such contract or its formation/information will be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand laws.

"22 Hour Daytime Aligners": This purchase includes upto 26 sets of Kiwi Smile Aligners ("Aligner/Aligners". If further teeth movement is needed to reach the original, approved final position or if results have deviated to such an extent that the Aligners no longer fit as long as the amount of aligners required to complete this is within the limitations of the treatment option (26 sets of aligners) then aligners will be provided to the customer free of charge. If the total number of aligners falls outside this amount, Kiwi Smile will present a treatment option to complete the treatment, the customer will then review and approve this treatment plan. There will be an additional fee associated with this process that will be presented to the customer, payment must be made in full prior to Kiwi Smile providing the customer with the additional Aligners.

"Night-Time Aligners": This purchase includes upto 26 sets of Kiwi Smile Aligners ("Aligner/Aligners". If further teeth movement is needed to reach the original, approved final position or if results have deviated to such an extent that the Aligners no longer fit as long as the amount of aligners required to complete this is within the limitations of the treatment option (26 sets of aligners) then aligners will be provided to the customer free of charge. If the total number of aligners falls outside this amount, Kiwi Smile will present a treatment option to complete the treatment, the customer will then review and approve this treatment plan. There will be an additional fee associated with this process that will be presented to the customer, payment must be made in full prior to Kiwi Smile providing the customer with the additional Aligners.

Both "22 Hour Daytime Aligners" and "Night-time Aligners" have a Treatment Expiration date of 42 weeks. If additional aligners are required after the expiry of the treatment expiration then there will be a cost associated with each additional aligner which is subject to Kiwi Smile's current pricing. Kiwi Smile Pricing is able to change at any time without notice.
