Upon completing the impression kit, you will need to return it to us (we make this super easy!) The already paid for return courier ticket is included in the box and link to book your impression kit to be picked up from your front door is emailed through to you.

Once we receive your completed impression kit back, our orthodontists/dentists will develop a custom 3D treatment plan. This treatment plan will feature images and videos showcasing your potential before-and-after transformation, as well as an estimated treatment length. If you're thrilled with the previewed results, you can proceed to order your set of clear aligners.

Please note: it is very important that your impressions are high quality - if they are not high enough quality to create an accurate treatment plan, you will be need to order another impression kit and try again.

If upon completing the impression kit our treatment planning team deems that your case requires attachments or IPR (Inter-Proximal Reduction) to move forward with treatment then we will put you in contact with the closest Kiwi Smile Pro partner Dentist.

Please be sure that you return all impressions that you take. They could be the worst impression ever taken and we'd still want them back. It's important that we get them all back, so we can create the most accurate and affordable treatment plan and clear aligners for you.
